Can you assemble gift sets?

Yes. Kitting, assembly and personalization are part of our fulfillment outsourcing services. Send us your components and instructions, and we’ll build the sets ahead of your peak season or as orders come in, whichever works best for you.

How do you prevent breakage and leaks?

For each format, we agree with you on the shipping packaging and how to secure the product inside it. Liquids and glass containers need extra care, especially in parcel carrier networks. We then fine-tune based on your customers’ feedback.

Do you track lots and dates on my products?

That’s something to settle from the start. Tell us what you need to track (lot numbers, expiry dates) and in what order stock should leave inventory, and we’ll confirm how our processes meet those requirements before your first inbound shipment.

We’re a U.S. brand. What do we need to sell in Canada?

In Canada, cosmetics must be notified to Health Canada, and labels must meet specific rules, including English and French. Those obligations belong to the brand, so check them before you ship inventory north. On the logistics side, Kolineo coordinates import and customs clearance with the transport, and our Sherbrooke warehouse ships across Canada. For your U.S. customers, our warehouse near Chicago keeps delivery distances short.
