The Chicago area is one of the busiest freight hubs in North America, and our warehouse sits on Interstate 55 in the southwest suburbs. For a brand selling across the United States, a Midwest warehouse puts a large share of the country within ground-shipping reach.
The other half of the picture is our second warehouse, across the border. If you are a U.S. brand, our Sherbrooke, Québec warehouse can serve your Canadian customers, with one team, one system and one structure for both markets. Cross-border fulfillment by parcel means every shipment clears customs: paperwork, extra transit time and, since the U.S. suspended its de minimis exemption in 2025, possible duties and fees on each package. With inventory in Chicago, goods cross the border in bulk, customs clearance happens once per load, and orders go out as domestic U.S. parcels, with no duties to pay at the door. Our transportation services include import and customs clearance coordination.

Do I need a U.S. company to use the Chicago warehouse?
Not necessarily, but you need to decide who acts as the importer of record for your goods and how duties are paid. These are questions to settle with your customs broker, and we raise them with you from the planning stage.
What is the difference between shipping from Sherbrooke and from Chicago?
From Sherbrooke, every parcel bound for the U.S. crosses the border and clears customs. From Chicago, your products have already been imported in bulk: each order ships as a domestic U.S. parcel, which is usually simpler and faster for your customer. We help you choose based on your volumes.
