Do orders really ship the same day?

Yes. Same-day shipping is one of Kolineo’s published guarantees. In Canada, customers usually receive their parcel within 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination and the shipping service. The daily order cut-off for same-day shipping is confirmed with you during setup.

Dropshipping or 3PL: what’s the difference?

With dropshipping, you sell products you don’t stock: your supplier ships them straight to your customer, with its own packaging and timelines. With a 3PL like Kolineo, you own your inventory. It’s stored in our warehouse, and you stay in control of packaging, accuracy and shipping speed. It’s often the next step for a brand that launches its own products or wants more control over the customer experience.

Can I use my own boxes and inserts?

Yes, and we recommend it if the unboxing experience matters to your brand. Send us your materials (boxes, tissue paper, stickers, cards, samples) along with your packing instructions, and we’ll apply them to your orders. Details and costs are spelled out in your quote.

How are returns handled?

Your customers send items back to our warehouse. We receive them, check their condition and restock the ones that can be resold, following the rules you set. Your stock levels stay accurate and you recover as much product as possible.
