Do you handle pet food?

Yes. Food and treats are among the products Kolineo already fulfills, along with litter, toys, beds and accessories. If your food needs to be refrigerated or frozen, tell us first, and we’ll tell you honestly whether our facilities are the right fit.

How do you keep shipping costs down on heavy bags?

Can you handle subscription orders?

Subscription orders generated by your online store reach us like any other order, through the integration with your platform, and are picked, packed and shipped the same way. Have special rules, like a fixed ship date or contents that change every month? Let’s talk about them.

Do you deliver to pet stores and big-box retailers?

Yes. We prepare your B2B orders by the case or by the pallet, following each retailer’s requirements. Kolineo ships to retailers such as Walmart, Costco and Amazon.

Can I sell on Amazon and my own site at the same time?

Yes. Your Amazon, Shopify and WooCommerce orders are fulfilled from a single inventory, which makes stock easier to track and lowers the risk of selling something you no longer have.

We’re a U.S. pet brand. Can you help us reach Canadian customers?

Yes. Our Sherbrooke warehouse ships across Canada, and we coordinate import and customs clearance with the transport. Pet food entering Canada may be subject to import requirements from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, so check yours before your first shipment.
