How do I track a Nationex parcel?

The merchant gives you the tracking number, usually in its shipping confirmation email. A Nationex number has 9 or 11 digits. Enter it on the tracking page at nationex.com/en/tracking.

Where to enter your Nationex tracking number

Go to the Nationex Track a parcel page. The tracking bar accepts these numbers:

  • shipment number: 9 digits;
  • parcel number: 11 digits;
  • notice of attempt number: 6 digits;
  • reference number: 15 digits or less.

What Nationex tracking statuses mean

  • In Transit: Nationex has picked up the parcel. It is moving between facilities before going out for delivery.
  • Delayed Delivery: an unforeseen problem prevents delivery on the scheduled date.
  • Awaiting shipper: contact the shipper for more information.

Nationex advertises 24-hour delivery in major cities in Québec and Ontario, and 3 to 5 days anywhere in Canada. Deliveries run from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for businesses and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for homes.

Is your parcel late or is something wrong?

To change the delivery address or date, Nationex asks you to go through the merchant. For anything else, its virtual assistant answers by chat with your 9-digit shipment number. See also the Nationex FAQ.

Nationex tracking FAQ

What happens if I’m not home for the delivery?

Nationex makes a second attempt, and you don’t need to do anything. For a delivery without signature, the parcel is left at the entrance: door, balcony, building vestibule or Expedibox.

Can I pick up my parcel at a Nationex depot?

No. Nationex doesn’t allow parcel pickups or in-person returns at its depots. For a return, check with the merchant.

My Nationex parcel shows as delivered, but I can’t find it. What should I do?

Report it to the merchant who shipped it: that is Nationex’s advice, and the same applies to a parcel that arrives damaged.

Why doesn’t my Nationex tracking number work?

Make sure it has 9 or 11 digits, or try another accepted number. If that fails, fill out the form on the tracking page: an agent will get back to you within 24 to 48 business hours.

Does Nationex deliver on statutory holidays?

No. Every year, Nationex posts the list of holidays with no delivery or pickup in its FAQ, such as Christmas or Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day in Québec.
